Message from the Department Head
Dear Students of the Department of Computer Engineering and Dear Young People Considering Choosing Our Department,
In this era shaped by digital transformation, computer engineering has become a field at the heart of technology and one that shapes the future. Our department embraces a constantly updated, contemporary, and research-oriented educational approach aimed at imparting the competencies required by this rapid change process. Our goal is to train engineers who not only consume knowledge but also generate new knowledge; who not only use technology but also develop it.
Our education program offers a broad infrastructure covering software development, artificial intelligence, data science, computer architectures, cybersecurity, cloud systems, embedded technologies, and many other areas of expertise. While transforming theory into practice through our laboratory work, our industry collaborations and project-based education model enable our students to gain real engineering experience before stepping into the professional world.
In addition, various activities are carried out in our department on innovation, project development, and technology ventures to support our students' entrepreneurial spirit. Through our student clubs, competitions, seminars, academic counseling, and mentoring processes, we aim to contribute to the technical and personal development of each of our students.
Computer engineering is a discipline that requires analytical thinking, productivity, team spirit, and ethical responsibility.
